Brief Explanation

This website (briankong.xyz) is hosted on a cloud server located in Australia with a custom domain properly configured. While technically IaaS, the platform offers a streamlined experience similar to SaaS, allowing me to toggle features, manage backups, and scale resources with a single click.

The server runs Ubuntu and is fully managed by me. It is secured with SSL via OpenSSL and Certbot for automated renewals, with the entire project version-controlled through Git. Additionally, the server is subscribed to Ubuntu Pro, enabling automated security patches. To ensure stability, the system performs scheduled reboots at night when updates occur, with PM2 handling the seamless restart of my profile page. :)
